J3 metal spar wing build. New Dakota Cub ribs. Ready to install leading edge. Looking at wing diagram and saw this item called attach plate. Says it goes on root rib at leading edge. Never seen one on any pictures of wing builds on this forum and wasn’t on my wing. Anyone use this, or has it been deemed unnecessary? Thanks
