Wag Aero Wing Tank STC

I'm trying to help out a friend that has a wing tank for a J3 that came from Wag Aero a few years ago. He can't find the STC paperwork. I realize Wag Aero was sold to Aircraft Spruce but can't find any information from them. I also tried searching on the FAA STC website but no luck. Can anyone provide a copy of the STC?
