Throttle slipping on shaft.

I have a problem with the throttle arm slipping on the throttle stop. The arm and the stop are moving independently of each other when the throttle is closed.
The pinch bolt is torqued properly but still slips. I would greatly appreciate some assistance. Thanks in advance.
