Considering doing this and starting to think about what would be required to do it legally...TSO'd / STC'd Lights (inside and out), electrical source (battery, wind generator?), turn coordinator...
Looking for good ideas on how to most economically cover my bases legally to enjoy flying the Cub on some gorgeous evenings after sunset and after dark.
I did see the thread from several years ago and was wondering if enough advancements have been made in LED and/or battery technology that makes this doable. The best solution would be to purchase a Pacer that has all the required equipment already installed and certified. I'm thinking I could afford to mod the Cub before the budget will support the Pacer.
