I am in the process of ordering new wood spars from Aircraft Spruce and the dimensions of my rear spar is smaller than what has been previously posted.

My front spar measurements are: 13/16 x 5 5/8 x 202 3/4 (Ordering 13/16 x 6 x 216)
Rear spar measurements are 7/8 x 4 1/16 x 193 3/4; Order 4 1/4" and have it cut to 4 1/8 or 4"

Should the rear spar width be 4" or 4-1/8 ? The drawing I have of 11223 is hard to read. I cant tell if reads 4" +1/32, - 1/8 or 4 1/8" + 1/32.
The lamination for the wing strut double is that 3/64 birch plywood? What type of glue is used to bond this to the spars?
