I have a full restoration 1939 J4 Cub. We got the new windshield with the project supplies. The old windshield is available and fits but unusable. The difference in shape is fairly significant. I understand that using heat allows bending and forming of the acrylic. I also heard of folks breaking and cracking thier new windshields while trying to form them. LP Aero (the mfg) doesn't have installers or technical advisors. Can someone help with advise on how to do the bending, cutting and fitting.
Thank You!
