Thanks to all who made posts and helped with my shimmy. I purchased a new tailspring from Univar for the Cub. I removed the old spring today and found:

1) the top spring had deformed allowing the plane to sit a little lower and made the kingpin axixs near vertical.

2) the tailspring I removed had two middle springs as both had an elongated bolt hole.

I installed the new tailspring and need to shim it as was suggested to ensure a good kingpin angle. I am going to have the shop on my field make a shim and finish the installation this week.

See pics attached. Thanks for all the help. You guys on the forum are a huge help!!
