Tail pipe

All, experienced recent unusually large rpm loss with Carb heat application. Discovered tail pipe seemingly loose, pulled shroud and discovered that was holding it on. Rusted in two. Anyone purchased one lately? Any advice on best place to get? Seen some w/o the stand offs? But I need those for the shroud. Thanks for any help or advice. Wayne
