I bought a nice trim plate with raised letters from Clyde Smith. Despite searches here and elsewhere I can't figure out how to get the little indicator button cleanly through the slot in the old plate to remove it. It doesn't seem to be threaded on or willling to be unscrewed. Do you just bend the indicator plate?
