Oil Kidney Sump replacement?

I am planning on replacing the oil sump on my A65. Currently installed is the short-neck version and recently the small tab on the sump that is used to anchor the safety wire for the oil drain plug broke off. I figured this was an opportunity to install the more convenient long neck version.

Below is a pic of the longneck oil sump I picked up a few years ago. Does this look like the correct oil sump for a J3 with A65? Looks like A5230 is printed on the flange. Does anybody see anything out of the ordinary?

The attached oil cap has no gauge rod. What's the best way to track down the appropriate cap and gauge rod?

Any painting tips? I am thinking of using "Lycoming Grey" since that's the color of the engine enamel rattle-can paint available at Spruce.
