Started Thursday the 19 th. Flew from CHico to Delano CA. 3.5 hrs. Stopped early due to high winds in Tehachapi pass and on the other side. 40-50 mph winds. Camped in my tent, don’t ask the attendant there they will say no. Even though they have a beautiful grass area with bbqs and tables.
The next morning started out early, I thought maybe I had a fouled plug and decided to fix problem. It ended up being a stuck valve. Fixed it and had a late start. Flew to Barstow then on to Kingman AZ, then ended up last night in St John AZ. It started snowing and raining as soon as I landed. Hoteled it.
I’ll try and continue with updates when time and WiFi permits.
