Hi All
I would just like some advice/opinions.
I'm in the process of acquiring a 1939 J3 Cub. I'm also just starting my Tailwheel training in a 1941 Taylorcraft.
When I get the Cub, I'll then continue my tailwheel training in the Cub.
My Cub will be hangared at an airfield that has a sealed runway (bitumen or tar).
Everyone I've have spoken to has said that landing a taildragger on a sealed runway is very difficult and they have really scared me.
Am I overreacting? Is it really that hard to land a J3 on a sealed runway?
Please help.....!!!
Cheers
Ivan
