I am having to replace my jury struts due to varying lengths that the previous owner either made or he just slapped on what he had during the so called restoration. My question is, does the connector tube install on the outside of the jury strut or sandwiched in between the jury strut and the lug fitting? I have seen them installed different ways and mine were sandwiched in between the lug and the jury strut. Seems kind of a very tight fit. Any photos would help.
