I had a set of DC H10 13.4 that weren't working so well so I sent them to the factory to find out what was wrong. For $90 they replaced the mic, the cord, the ear pieces and cups, cleaned them up and gave me a 5 year warranty on the repared stuff. Like a new set of headsets for a third of the cost!
