I’m working on a W&B profile on ForeFlight for my 1946 J3-65 with C90 and 18 gallon wing tanks. I think I have nearly everything I need from the TCDS (thanks previous Cub forum thread!) but I need some more info on how Piper defined the Empty Weight from the factory.

Did Piper’s J3 empty weight include full engine oil (as defined in the FAA’s W&B manual)? And also unusable fuel? Reason I ask is the couple of W&B diagrams I have found on the internet show a separate line for the oil, as in they factoring it into the post-EW calculations.
