Engine Shutdown procedure?

I would like to hear your thoughts on how to shut down the engine after you fly.

When I had my J3 in NC, I would always just turn off the mags and open the throttle as the engine was winding down, but the club I have joined has a procedure of turning off the Fuel and letting the engine "Starve" for fuel until it dies.

What are you guys doing?
