Cowl Fasteners and Chafe Strip

I am looking for the washers/spacers that go under the clips that hold the cowling on. My shop lost all of them when they did the annual (I know...get a new shop). Also, the chafe strip is loose on the right side of the plane. So where do I get a new chafe strip? What do I glue it on with ? And where do I get the spacers. I've seen them in metal, leather, neoprene...what do you guys recommend?
