The following is lifted from a web site which shall remain nameless.

All photos will be taken
by XXXXXX using a
Nikon D80 all digital
professional camera
from a Sport Cub.
Pricing starts at $350

and includes Aircraft
rate, Photography,
Processing, 4x6 Proofs
and a CD of the digital
photos.

It is my understanding that an S-LSA may not be used for commercial service except for giving flight instruction. I have a photographer friend who owns a Sport Cub and he doesn't do it, although he'd like to.

Who's right???
