Tried to talk him into a good Cub -
He has lined up an FC/EC for $40 grand - fabric 45 years old, really good engine, empty weight above 1050. Six hundred miles from here.
I am thinking that is a tad overpriced, and am encouraging him to look in SoCal for a similar, or maybe 7ECA. He has cash.
Any SoCal forumites aware of a local sale or potential sale? He is obviously willing to pay a premium.
