Or buddy Tom (Turbofan) moved into his new place. 40 acres with a 1500' one way up hill strip, sweet hangar and house. Place is very interesting, the runway is about 100' higher on the east end then the west end. We put out the word for a chili flyin yesterday but it was a little breezy out of the south so only a few of us showed up. You guys that were at island Bobs might remember we buzzed the place with over 20 planes on the way to the WAD. We had to let Toms neighbors know that he had some friends. Toms got a C90 J3 on floats and just got his super cub flying after a year of working on it. The boys made a new south facing runway when they got there landing in front of the hangar.
