0-200 and the airframe?

Hi,

I read somewhere in the forum if one has to "beef-up" a standard J-3 steel tube airframe if one uses a more powerful/larger engine e.g. 0-200.

Is it true or is the standard airframe as designed okay as is?
How about any other engine e.g. C-90?
