I would just like to again express our sincere thanks to you Will for a very nice visit and for this Wonderful Website!
It was a great experience to see the 737 simulator up close for me and my family, we still talk about it as a truly inspirational meeting! Thanks for taking your time showing us around.
We know that you have put in a lot of effort in creating and maintaining "J3-Cub.com". If you hadnt done that we would never have known all the wonderful people on this website, including yourself! Since you did, I got to meet Doug and the great bunch of Metal Feathers Flying Club. Thanks to this site, I have also had the great pleasure of meeting Jim Cunningham with whom I have shared great Cubflights and a night-long session of Pterosaur physiology/aerodynamics/pathology and more- seminar! I have also gained a deep insight in L-4 military history from fellow L-4 enthusiasts on here such as Blue Leader and of course Paul Smith with whom I have corresponded frequently on ETO L-4 matters. This has by the way resulted in an article in the latest issue of the Swedish Aviation Historical Society magazine- thanks Paul!
And all this because Will is a great Guy with a keen interest in Piper Cubs!
Just (L-)4 fun/ Jörgen
P.S. We watched the video of Will opening the Cubcalender and we just have to have it too- just because Savannah is such a cute little girl!!!
P.P.S. So who says Olive Drab is the best camouflage?
