I have a C85-8 in my L4. I got a really good deal on a 0 hr. O-200A, and I have decided to make the jump to 100 hp. I'll keep the starter and alternator in my hangar, since I have a great wind generator, and I'm used to handpropping. But, I still have the firewall tank only. From some of you I have read that the O-200 burns even less than my C85, so I really don't need another tank. But, I would like to have space for more fuel for longer trips, because where I live (El Salvador, and the rest of Central America for that matter, fuel is hard to find. So, my question is: what would be more advisable, just add one wing tank plus the firewall tank, or replace the firewall tank and install two wing tanks (not considering cost)??
