Looking for advice and potentially a fabric repair mechanic / specialist

Noted from annual (currently grounded)
“three consecutive rib laces broken on ceconite fabric with Randolph dope and finish.
It is a fairly straightforward repair definitely less than a days work for someone well-versed.
from what I understand the Randolph finish does not need to be stripped, stitching can be laced right over the existing fabric and covered with reinforcing tape.”
