Didn't see a thread like this (didnt look all that hard) so figured I'd give it a shot.

What are you having for dinner? Part of my new year's resolution was to spend more time in the kitchen and made food instead of just heating it up and buying storebought things that are easier but more expensive.

This is a churro waffle with strawberry syrup, and churro whipped cream. There's also airfried sweet potatoes (Heathy!) and fajita seasoned pork chops. I do breakfast for dinner quite a bit.
