What to do with the heater box exit?

I know we don’t get much heat but I finally got the 2 inch pipe connected to the exhaust/ heat baffle and the heater box, without much of a crimp in the hose. So at least it should get all of the air/heat pressure available.
Do I leave the other port open to air or should I run a hose out to some place?
