Just got back from Triple Tree fly in.
The weather was horrible and the turnout was consequently low. Lucky for me its only about 80 miles so I took advantage of good weather Friday morning and stayed till Sunday morning.
In spite of the weather the fly in was great!
I have never seen a more beautiful sight, organized and prepared for a large event. Not one thing overlooked. Incredible staff. Cook your own Steak dinner (with all of the trimmings and Butcher on site) on Friday night and a HUGE Barbecue dinner on Saturday with a Big Band and Banquet celebrating WW2 heros.
Folks, this is a no miss event. Do yourself a favor and get it on your schedule for next year or see for yourself at one of the SC Breakfast Club events held there.
Triple Tree is to a Fly In what Augusta National is to Golf. Check out the website at: www.tripletreeflyin.com
