I am new to the forum and had a question for you guys. I am in the process of restoring a j3 and am thoroughly enjoying learning how these planes work. I am working right now on converting some less then excellent craftsmanship by the previous owner on the trim system. Currently I am trying to figure out how the rubbing blocks attach and I can't seem to figure it out. So that's my question for you guys. How do they attach? What hardware do I need?
