With me up front (155#) and my instructor in the back (200#) I have to fly with full nose up trim to relieve back pressure on the stick.

When he got out, & with me flying from the front, nothing changed. I still have to fly the plane with full nose up trim to relieve back pressure on the stick. Any thoughts as to what might be going on?
