Trim Cable backwards - Up is DOWN and down is UP ??

The trim cable is somehow rigged backwards apparently somewhere. If you turn the trim clockwise (which should be down trim), it causes the plane to trim UP or climb. Conversely turning trim handle counterclockwise, (which should be UP) it trims it DOWN or descend. It's just opposite of what it should be. Surprisingly though, turning either way, even though it produces opposite actual trim, the indicator shows as it should on the trim indicator - that is UP is UP and Down is Down.

Now if you've got that visual image of this, what is the fix? Is the cable just off by 180* off on the rear at the jackscrew pulley?

How easy would this be to fix? Seems simple, but then nothing every actually turns out simple now - does it?

Any ideas appreciated!
