Top side root fairing attachment

I believe I'm correct that the top root fairing drawing shows attachment holes only on the inboard edge. This doesn't mean the outboard edge was not attached to rib #1 after rigging dihedral. The screw holes might have been located in final assembly to be sure they found that narrow rib cap. On the other hand Piper may have only attached the outboard edge at the leading edge "eyebrow" corner and maybe the trailing edge. Does anyone have original photo or other evidence on this ? Thanks.
