Sunday weather looks good for flying!
Please join us in Marlboro, 9B1 for afternoon gathering. Food and drinks will be provided.
Runway 32 and 14 with both left hand traffic.
Helicopters fly right hand and are very active here so heads up.
Unicom is 122.8, and elevation is 285ft.
The paved runway is 1659'x45' and only about 1200' of grass due to high trees.
Grass along right side of 32 (shown in green) is available for tail draggers with big tires, but shorter distance due to high trees at 32 end and narrowing towards 14 so assume 1200' at most! There is small dip in grass about 1/3 down from 32.
There is fence right at the end of 14. Don't land on red side, but you can park there.
If you are not down by 1/3 recommend going around. Fly straight until 1000' MSL to prevent neighbors from complaining, and fly downwind above lake for the other neighbors.
Hope to see you there on Sunday starting around 1pm.
Thanks,
Marlboro gang
