Texas Ownership Question

Hey Folks,

After over three months of negotiations, repairs and waiting, I'm about to finish the purchase of an old friend, the J-3 I instructed in years ago.

Here's my question: Are personal airplanes, not used for business, purchased by and from an individual, exempt from Texas State Sales Tax?

Please include the reference if you have it.
