It won't be long before I take delivery of my new Sport Cub :), and arrangements will soon be made for me to do the tailwheel transition training with Brian. I'm looking forward to that challenge.

I have about 3500 hours over the last 40 years, but only about 15 in tailwheel aircraft -- all but one of those tailwheel hours were during the LBJ and Nixon Administrations. :eek: -- and four of those hours were F.O. time in a DC-3!

Would any others similarly situated (i.e., high-time trike pilots transitioning to TW in a Sport Cub) care to share their experiences? I'd be interested to hear how others have fared.
