Tailwheel confirmation

Good afternoon gang. I’m a new owner of a J3 and cannot be more excited! I have learned a ton from researching the forums, but questions still pop up. Can anyone confirm if the tailwheel pictured below is a Scott 2000? Having some steering issues and will likely start with new springs and a rebuild kit, just to have a good baseline.
