Tail Inspection Plate needed

Hi Folks, George Coleman here again.

When I went out to fly today I noticed during my preflight that the plexiglas tail inspection plate on the left side of the tail was missing. Hard to imagine that all five screws came loose at the same time, but there you go. So I need to replace this thing. Anyone know who might still make these?
Or is my best bet to simply make a match from the remaining one out of plexi ?
