The pilot/mechanic that delivered my J3C-65 told me to keep an eye on this stain on the carburetor. He said there is a service bulletin on it. I couldn't find one that seemed to match. It's not the fuel vent, perhaps the one for the needle valve? Looking at the parts assembly diagram I didn't see anything that is meant to seal the fulcrum pivot so is this just normal behavior?
