Lost stab trim during flight today. On post flight inspection cable and pulleys are intact but jack screw pulley is not engaging jack screw. I have studied the J3 parts manual drawing in attempt to figure this out. A key is noted in the illustration and parts list. Is this key what engages pulley to jack screw?

Screwless,
Bob
