A word of caution to fellow Sport Cub owners...Take notice of the very small brake fluid reservoir at the top of each brake piston. This small white tubing holds about two thimbles of hydraulic fluid. A small leak can deplete this reserve fluid in a relative short time. Prior to every flight, this should be checked. You could very well have tested the brakes while taxing and feel they are "good to go" but after using them a couple of times, you end up with a soft pedal or no brake at all. I would also recommend the fittings on the brake systems in new aircraft be checked to see they are all tight soon after delivery. I now carry a small amount of brake fluid in a "squirt can" just in case. Bob
