Rudder cable length

Anyone know how long the cable that connects the rudder pedals should be?

NC92312 Going to fly for the first time since 1979 on July 1 of this year. Just have to install all the controls/etc. and cover the outside of the fuselage. Everything else covered and painted with Air Tech. Same paint for metal and fabric--nice!
