What can be done to prevent the rudder cables from abrading the interior fabric just behind the attachment to the pedals? I believe that my shoes tend to force the cables up against the fabric. Currently I used a few layers of black duct tape on the fabric to protect it but it seems less than ideal. The fabric has not worn through but the surface is damaged.
