I am looking to replace my left-side sliding window and need some advice. An earlier thread talked about removing the fairings and sliding it down from the top. Is that the approved answer?

Also, I ordered my replacement window from Brand U...one end has clipped corners and appears to be the bottom edge. It this the right orientation? It is not perfectly square...it is approximately 19' x 20'. (The window I removed was not sized correctly and routinely slipped out of the channel).

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,

HH
