replacing a wing tip bow (Advice Needed)

So it look like I am going to be replacing a wing tip bow in my J4. Do you all have any tips? The covering is polyfiber with polytone paint. Where should I buy the supplies such as fabric, paint and the bow. Any vendor sell smaller amounts of rib lacing and tape?
