The edges of the cable seals on my Ceconite 102 (finished with Randolph Butyrate) airframe skin have rolled up again. I had them reinstalled about 5 years ago. The re-gluing was done very sloppy with adhesive smeared around the seals. The edges of the seals have rolled up again. Is there a way to remove the old adhesive without damaging the painted surface and re-glue the seals or just reinstall the seals so they do not roll up again?
