Prop,tires and brakes

My project is getting close to paint and I need to start looking for tires and a prop. What is the least expensive avenue for these? I am in need of the standard 8.00X4 tires and climb prop for an A65-8.

My other question is, if I reline the brakes at the going price for parts, would it be cheaper to upgrade to newer style hubs and a different tire size since the 8.00X4 tires are twice the price?

Would appreciate any input on this......
