I just finished a balance on an O-360 Lycoming. It started at .65 IPS and now runs at .04 IPS. My concern is that I had install 76.8 grams across 5 starter ring holes to get it there. Anyone here ever balance one requiring this much weight? I think the most I have ever used before is 27 grams but I haven’t done very many. The prop is a 3 blade Hartzell.
