Hello members. I am looking into purchasing a j3 LSA. for less than 15k. I plan on it needing cover and usual overhaul items. Possibly mid time engine. My wife is very opposed to this because I will loose most all of the money i purchased it for and all monies to fix it up according to her. I have attempted to explain to her that if purchased right and rebuilt right you will recoup a lot of the expense. I told her if i purchased a cub, stored it properly for 5yrs say, do nothing to it, that i could sell it for more than I purchased it at least not as a loss. She thinks i have gone nuts, could anyone there reinforce my belief as i look for this j3 i have always wanted to fly. thanks jack
