If an Aircraft I am interested in had annual done by the owner (who is an A&P) in June, would it be wise to get another Annual along with a Pre-buy from an independant shop, or would a Pre-Buy suffice in this situation.

The Aircraft had a Prop Strike and a right wing Spar that cracked during a runway "excursion" The Engine was dissassembled and repaired (well documented from looking at the Logs) and the right wing was removed and replaced (also appears to be well documented).

Work that was accomplished
