Hi all, I have a 1945 Cub with a Continental 65. I want to keep it as original as I can, but my rocker covers are needing some attention as they have some beat up looking black paint on them. Were the rocker covers black when it rolled out of Piper's factory? I see a lot of cubs with chrome covers, was that an original offering on any cub?
