Derated to 90 hp by placard.

Note that hp is dependent upon both rpm and manifold pressure, but the Memorandum doesn't require that manifold pressure be specified.

Rather than deriving the appropriate rpm myself, I used a previously approved 337 to provide "evidence" that 2665 rpm gave 85 hp and went with that.
